One month before the desired departure date, the tenant (himself and not his guarantor) must send his notice of departure. The period of one month runs from receipt of the mail at our premises. An appointment must also be made for the exit inventory with the steward.
Finally, on the day of his departure, the tenant must return his accommodation in the condition in which it was given to him on arrival, taking into account the condition and cleanliness.
A cleaning service can be requested by the tenant before leaving to ensure the requested service. As well as certain elements, such as the linen kit must be put back in plastic as on the first day. Otherwise, a service package will be set up.
