One month before the desired date of departure, the tenant (himself and not his guarantor) must send his notice of departure. The one month deadline runs from the date of receipt of the letter in our offices. An appointment must also be taken for the inventory of fixtures of exit with the steward.
Finally, on the day of departure, the tenant must return the accommodation in the same condition as it was given to him on arrival, considering the state and cleanliness.
A cleaning service may be requested by the tenant prior to his departure to ensure the service requested. In the same way that certain elements, such as the linen kit must be given under plastic as at the first day. If not, a fixed price will be charged.
